At the beginning of every year I choose a personal mantra for myself. I like to think of it as my marketing slogan for the year. Last year it was “step into your life and own it,” and 2011 for me, was a year of self rediscovery. Two months ago my husband Jeff and I joined Weight Watchers. Jeff has lost 28 pounds and I’m just over the 20 pound mark. It’s been an interesting journey.
