At the beginning of every year I choose a personal mantra for myself. I like to think of it as my marketing slogan for the year. Last year it was “step into your life and own it,” and 2011 for me, was a year of self rediscovery. Two months ago my husband Jeff and I joined Weight Watchers. Jeff has lost 28 pounds and I’m just over the 20 pound mark. It’s been an interesting journey. When was the last time you stepped outside your comfort zone, made a risky decision, or tried something completely new?
